ON-LINE BOOKING TERMS
Appointments are secured with a credit card pending our cancellation policy. Your credit card will not be charged & your payment details are safely stored on a secure server.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy is 24 hours for a single service & 48 for multiple services and parties.
We have reserved this space just for you! Our cancellation fee is 50% for last minute cancellations. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full value.
Plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time or 15 minutes prior to a package or party.
