Safety is our priority

We operate in accordance with the CDC and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We follow a stringent protocol for safe salon practice under CIDESCO, the highest world standard for safe salon practice.

Our Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours for all services to allow ample time to fill the spot. Our cancellation fee is 50% for under 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full value. Plan to arrive a few minutes before your appointment time or 15 minutes prior to multiple appointments.
  • Please reschedule if you feel unwell or have cold symptoms.
  • Masks are optional. If you are wearing a mask, your technician will be wearing one.

  • Hands must be disinfected before nail services. We do not remove acrylic or dip nails.
  • Gratuities are accepted by Venmo or cash only.

Complete Protocol for Safe Salon Practice

I. Regular disinfection using 70% isopropyl alcohol or triple disinfectant before and after each client’s appointment.

  • Magnifying lamps
  • Nightly vacuuming & mopping

Manicure & Pedicure Room

  • Nail tables & pedicure carts
  • Chairs arm rests & trays
  • Touchless water taps and soap dispenser
  • Counter tops
  • Polish swatches – No polish bottle access
  • Nightly vacuuming & mopping

Front Desk, Lobby & Common Areas

  • Desktops
  • Credit card machines
  • Water dispenser
  • Door handles inside and out & handrails
  • Disposable cups for water
  • Nightly vacuuming & mopping

Bathrooms

  • Sinks and water taps & doorknobs
  • Touchless water tap, soap and paper towel dispensers
  • Nightly vacuuming & mopping
  • Nightly Toilet Cleaning

II. Practice of the following guidelines prescribed by Osha, CDC, CIDESCO & Local Government.

  • Require staff who feel unwell to stay home and request that guests who feel unwell reschedule appointments.
  • Staff must wear face masks if the client arrives with a face covering.
  • Staff must wear a new pair of gloves for each client.
  • Staff must store all belongings in the coat room and remove all belongings at shift end.
  • Staff must wash hands for 20 seconds with soap & warm water before & after each service.
  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the spa.
  • Nail staff will remain reduced to a maximum of 2 techs.
  • All sheets, towels, mitts, booties, smocks, and robes shall be removed after each client for laundering.
  • All implements used are disposable or disinfected with a disinfectant and dry heat sterilizer per CIDESCO standards.

III. Deep daily cleaning of treatment rooms, bathrooms and all commonly used areas and surfaces by a certified cleaning licensed company.
